1. Who can use Resetful

Resetful is sold to licensed dietitians and credentialed nutrition professionals operating in the United States. You must be authorized to provide medical nutrition therapy in your jurisdiction and to handle protected health information for the clients you invite to the platform. The client app is intended for use by adults under the supervision of a Resetful-credentialed practitioner.

2. Not a substitute for clinical care

Resetful is software that supports — not replaces — the licensed dietitian. AI-generated session briefs, meal feedback, and client coaching messages are drafts the dietitian configures and supervises. Resetful is not a medical device, does not prescribe medication, and does not diagnose or treat disease. Clients with urgent medical concerns are directed in-app to contact their prescriber or 911.

3. Your account and clients

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity in your workspace.
• You are responsible for obtaining client consent to use Resetful, including consent to receive AI-assisted communication.
• You will configure each client's medication, GLP-1 phase, and nutrition plan based on your clinical judgment.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Resetful for clients you are not licensed to support.
• Upload data you do not have legal authority to process.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform.
• Use Resetful to send unsolicited marketing messages to clients.
• Attempt to use AI outputs in a way that bypasses your professional judgment.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Resetful is offered on a 30-day free trial with no credit card required at sign-up.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel from inside the dietitian dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not offer pro-rated refunds.
• Taxes, where applicable, are added at checkout.

6. Data, BAA, and confidentiality

Use of Resetful with real client information is conditional on signing our Business Associate Agreement. The BAA, our privacy policy, and any data processing addendum are incorporated into these terms by reference. You retain ownership of your practice data; we hold a limited license to host and process it for the purpose of providing Resetful.

7. Intellectual property

Resetful, the marketing site, the dietitian and client apps, and the underlying clinical pathways for GLP-1 nutrition support are the intellectual property of Resetful and its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them outside of an active subscription. Feedback you share with us may be used to improve the product.

8. Warranty disclaimer and liability

Resetful is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by your practice in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are materially breached, if continued use would create a regulatory or security risk, or if a payment fails after notice. On termination we will export or delete your data per our privacy policy.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product matures. Material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance. Questions can be sent to hello@resetful.com.
